Dr. Jesse Williams considers optometry a family matter — not only because of his passion for providing eye care for his patients at Jarvis Vision Center, but also because his twin brother is an O.D. in Dallas, TX!

After finishing high school in Western Kentucky, Dr. Williams graduated with honors from Murray State University before earning his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Jarvis selected Dr. Williams specifically because his background and training fit the mission to help Jarvis Vision Center expand the care they provide to an ever-growing number of patients in the Murray, KY area. Dr. Williams takes pride in his ability to provide personalized eye care and build lasting relationships with his patients.

Dr. Williams met his wife, Charlsie, at Murray State, and together they chose to put down roots, pursue careers, and raise their family right here in Murray. “I am excited to continue my optometric career in Murray. It is such a blessing to feel welcomed and at home in a community. Murray is such a beautiful small town with a warm feeling that offers so much, personally and professionally.”

When he’s not helping patients keep their vision clear and healthy, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with his two girls, traveling, playing golf, and cheering on Murray State athletics — go Racers!
