How Bill Pay Works
Our online bill pay system is fast, secure, and easy — simply follow the link to the portal below, enter the amount you owe, fill out your payment information, and click “Submit”. We’ll take care of the rest!

How will I receive
a receipt?
In the online bill pay portal, you can choose whether you’d like an electronic receipt emailed to you, or if you’d like a physical receipt mailed to your home address.

How will I know how
much I owe?
You’ll receive your bill when you check out at our Murray, KY office.

How will I know when
my bills are due?
Eye care services: You will need to pay for services rendered at the end of your appointment.
Eyeglasses: You can pay half the amount due for eyeglasses when you order them, and the remaining half when you pick them up. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount when you order.
Contact lenses: If you’re ordering contacts to be shipped directly to your house, we require you to pay the full amount when your order. If you’re picking them up at our office, you can pay when you receive them.
Vitamins and supplements: We offer subscription services for prescribed supplements.
If you require financial assistance, our staff is happy to help you make the most of your insurance benefits, and can help you set up a payment plan for bills. We send invoices twice a month.
