“I believe every individual deserves quality care guided by passion and excellence. At Jarvis Vision Center, I am educated and energized by my teammates. In JVC’s family-oriented environment, I appreciate the commitment to deliver satisfaction to our customers. I am grateful for every opportunity at JVC and take joy in each day loving what I do.”
“I have been with Jarvis Vision Center since September of 2013. The most rewarding thing about working here is being able to interact with and help our patients. We work very hard to maintain a family atmosphere and welcome our patients to be a part of that family.”
“I enjoy working at Jarvis Vision Center because everyone is so kind. Serving people is a deep desire of mine and working here allows me to live out my calling.”
“I joined the Jarvis Vision Center team in April 2012. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Jarvis and everyone here. I especially enjoy working with the patients, getting to see familiar faces, and meeting new people. My goal is to make every patient feel welcome and like part of our family.”
“As part of the optical team, I love getting to help each patient pick out a frame that goes along with their personality and style. I began my optical career in 2017, and just recently made the transition back to Murray, my hometown.”
“Making people comfortable and feel welcomed is my goal. I want our patients to know we sincerely care about their eye health.”
Michelle joined JVC in June 2010 after returning to Murray from St. Louis. She enjoys getting to know our patients as she prepares them to see Dr. Jarvis and Dr. Williams. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys going to the lake, attending sporting events with her family, and cheering on the MSU Racers and St. Louis Cardinals.
“Before coming to work at Jarvis Vision Center, I would never have guessed that making glasses would be a source of excitement and joy. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Murray State, and spent some time wandering in seminary and factory work before landing in my optical career. I particularly enjoy repairing broken and misshapen glasses frames, but my favorite aspect of this job is being part of a high-caliber team of specialists who support each other, educate each other, and enjoy each other’s company.”
“I joined Jarvis Vision in October of 2019 after being out of the workforce for several years. It has been an incredible opportunity for me to join a team that is committed to excellence and caring for our patients. I feel proud to work with such a great group of people who treat each other as family.”
“I just joined Jarvis Vision Center at the beginning of 2022, and I already feel like part of the family! I come with over 15 years of customer service experience and 3 years of working in the optometry and administration field and I absolutely love it! I’m an outgoing person and I love working with people. Patient care is very important to me, and I want everyone who walks through our doors here at JVC to feel as welcome as I did when I started my journey here. I can’t wait to see what my future holds here at Jarvis! ”
“I am an extrovert and I love people, so being hands-on with our patients is truly enjoyable for me! I have learned so much since joining the optometry field, and I’m proud to work for doctors and staff who make sure our patients know they are cared for. I really appreciate the family atmosphere and being part of a fun team!”
